CFFP (Children's Faith Formation Program)

CFF Program
 (f/k/a PREP or PARISH RELIGIOUS EDUCATION PROGRAM)

MISSION: The mission of the Office of the Administrator of Religious Education is to spread the meaning and hope in Jesus Christ, whom God the Father has sent into the world for the salvation of all peoples.
 

Families who have moved to the area after the start of this year's classes, or who are transferring from another parish and would like to register their child(ren), please contact the office during CFF business hours:

 Classes started Wednesday, September 10, 2025
 and are held on Wednesday evenings
Session 1:  5:00 - 6:15 p.m.
 Session 2:  7:00 - 8:15 p.m.
 at the St. Joseph Catholic School Campus

Please do not send your child to PREP
 if the child is not registered for this year.
 

Registrations received AFTER August 14, 2025 are charged a late fee.

1. Submission of a completed online PREP Registration Form.                                   (See the navigation bar to the left)
2. Payment of fees.

• Pay online via PayPal® (preferred method) – SEE BELOW
  1. In the PREP FEE PAYMENT section below, select an item from the drop-down menu (such as “1 Child $110.00 USD”) and add  click “Add to Cart.”  
  2. On the “Your Shopping Cart”:
     • Select “Check Out” or “Check Out with PayPal®” to check out, OR…
     • “Continue Shopping” to add another item. 
  3. Follow the screen options to complete the payment.
• Mail a check, payable to "St. Joseph CFFP,"  addressed to:

• Drop off Cash/Check payments – Place payment in a sealed envelope and drop it off at the Cody Enrichment Center (4152 Loretto Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32223). There is a designated drop box in the lobby.

• Students attending St. Joseph's Catholic School, or another Catholic school, receive religious formation training for each grade (K - 8) within the programs of their school. 

• Students attending public schools must register each year (K - 8 grade) to receive proper credit for their religious formation training through PREP.
  • Both First Holy Communion and Confirmation require two consecutive years of sacramental preparation, so please plan accordingly (COMMUNION: 1st and 2nd Grades.  CONFIRMATION:  7th and 8th Grades).

• Families with students attending FULL-TIME homeschooling classes must submit a St. Joseph PREP Registration Form AND register with the JPII (St. John Paul II) Homeschoo program.
